I have over twenty years experience of working in the National Health Service (NHS) and privately, counselling individuals and couples presenting with a variety of issues.
My experience of Clinical Health Psychology (NHS) includes working with feelings of anxiety, depression, phobias and panic.
I welcome working with a diverse complexity of life challenges, and specialise in areas such as:
- Sex and relationship problems
- Couple counselling
- Sexual identity including lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT+) issues
- Intimacy
- Attachment
- Sexual abuse and trauma
- Sexual compulsion, dependancy and sexual addiction
- Adapting to disease and disability
I am curious about how people adapt, change and grow. Furthermore, I am interested in how we relate to ourselves and to others in order to find fulfilment – whatever that might be.
